You've got questions? We've got answers.

  • Can I do this tour if I have dietary requirements?

It depends on the dietary requirement but we'll do our best to try and accommodate everyone. If you're unsure, please get in contact with us (info@tastytoursnyc.com) and we can see what we can do.

  • What should I bring on the tour?

    Mandatory

    • A sense of humor

    Optional (but recommended)

    • Sunglasses
    • Sunscreen

  • What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable and appropriate for the weather. None of the spots we're visiting have a dress code so just wear whatever makes you happy!

  • How far will I have to walk on the tour?

Each tour has between 1.5 - 2.5 miles of walking in total. But don't worry, we stop very frequently!

  • Will the tour be cancelled if the weather is bad?

We don't let a little bit of water dampen our spirits so we operate in rain, hail or shine. That said, we will keep an eye on the forecast and if the weather represents a health and safety hazard we'll get in touch to reschedule the tour or offer a refund.

  • Is the tour accessible for prams / strollers?

Yes, absolutely! All of our tours take place on the sidewalk and they're accessible for strollers and prams.

  • Do the tours go on public transport?

Nope! All of our stops are within walking distance so no public transport is required on the tours.

  • Can I bring my service animal?

Service animals are more than welcome but please leave your pet goldfish / cat / llama at home.

  • What if I need to cancel my booking?

No problem, we offer a 100% refund for all bookings canceled before 24 hours of the scheduled start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule please get in touch via email (info@tastytoursnyc.com).
