SINGLES NIGHT FOOD TOUR: EVENT TERMS

These Event Terms apply to the Singles Night Food Tour on Thursday, October 15, 2026 (the "Event"), presented by Tasty Tours in collaboration with Nick Rosen, doing business as Met by Nick ("Met by Nick"). By booking a ticket, you agree to these Event Terms and the Event Guest Waiver and Release of Liability below. For this Event, these Event Terms take priority over our standard Terms and Conditions wherever they differ.
1. Event Details
Date and time: Thursday, October 15, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM.
Location: Greenwich Village, New York, NY. The exact meeting point will be included in your booking confirmation.
Group size: Up to 20 guests.
Age: The Event is for guests aged 21 and over only.
2. Tickets and Pricing
Early bird tickets are $65 per person until 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026, and $75 per person after that, plus New York sales tax of 8.875%.
All food tastings on the tour are included in your ticket.
To help keep the group balanced, tickets are released in two groups of 10. Please choose the ticket that best reflects how you identify. Everyone is welcome.
Each guest must book their own ticket. Tickets are for the named guest only.
3. Refunds and Cancellations by You
Cancel at least 7 days before the Event for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Event are non-refundable.
No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, or leaving the Event early.
4. Minimum Numbers
The Event requires a minimum number of guests to go ahead.
If this minimum is not reached by October 12, 2026, we may cancel the Event. If we do, you can choose either a full refund or a transfer to another Tasty Tours NYC public food tour at no extra cost.
Transfers are subject to availability.
We will notify you by email if the Event is cancelled.
5. Weather and Event Changes
The Event runs rain or shine. Please dress for the weather.
If we decide that weather or other conditions make the Event unsafe, we may cancel, shorten, or reschedule it. If we do, you can choose a new date, a transfer to another Tasty Tours NYC public food tour at no extra cost, or a full refund.
If the Event cannot go ahead because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you can choose a new date, a transfer to another Tasty Tours NYC public food tour at no extra cost, or a full refund.
We may change the route, stops, or food tastings where needed. Any changes will be of a similar standard.
Our liability for any cancellation or change is limited to a refund of the amount you paid for your ticket.
6. Attendance and Group Mix
Ticket numbers are balanced at the time of sale, but we cannot control who attends on the day.
The final number and mix of guests is not guaranteed. No refunds are given based on who attends, how many guests attend, or the balance of the group.
7. Matchmaking
Professional matchmaker Nick Rosen of Met by Nick will make introductions during the Event.
The Event is a social experience. No match, connection, or outcome is guaranteed, and refunds are not given based on whether you meet someone.
Neither Tasty Tours nor Met by Nick screens, background checks, or verifies the identity of other guests. Please use your own judgment when sharing personal details or arranging to meet anyone.
8. Code of Conduct
This is a safe, welcoming, and respectful event for everyone.
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
We may remove any guest from the Event, without a refund, whose behavior is unsafe, harassing, inappropriate, or disruptive, or who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Where appropriate, we may report incidents to the police.
If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, please tell your guide or Nick at any time.
9. Food, Allergies, and Dietary Restrictions
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions at checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives, but we cannot guarantee that every restriction can be accommodated.
The Event is not able to accommodate celiac or vegan diets. Guests with these needs are welcome to attend but may not be able to try every tasting.
All food is prepared by independent venues we do not own or control. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or cross-contamination. Please check each item before eating it.
10. Alcohol
Alcohol is not included in your ticket. Tasty Tours does not sell, serve, or supply alcohol.
Guests aged 21 and over may buy their own drinks from venues on the route, at their own cost. Any purchase is between you and the venue.
11. End of the Event
The Event ends when the group arrives at the final location, a local bar in Greenwich Village.
Any time you spend at the bar or elsewhere afterwards, including any gathering or booking arranged by Met by Nick or anyone else, is optional, is not part of the Event, and is not organized, hosted, or supervised by Tasty Tours.
You are responsible for your own drinks, belongings, safety, and transportation after the Event.
12. Photos and Video
Tasty Tours and Met by Nick may take photos and video during the Event and use them for marketing, as set out in the Guest Waiver.
Members of the media may also attend.
If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please tell your guide at the start of the Event.
13. Your Information
We use the details you provide at checkout to manage your booking and contact you about the Event.
We share your name with Met by Nick so that they can host the Event and plan introductions on the night.
We only share your email address and phone number with Met by Nick if you opt in at checkout. If you do, Met by Nick may contact you after the Event about its matchmaking services, and you can ask them to stop at any time by emailing nick@metbynick.com.

14. Guest Waiver
All guests must agree to the Event Guest Waiver and Release of Liability when booking.
Guests who have not agreed to the waiver may not join the Event.
15. General
These Event Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We may update these Event Terms before the Event. Material changes will be emailed to booked guests.

Guest waiver and release of liability
Singles Night Food Tour - October 15, 2026 Tasty Tours NYC LLC (the "Company")
By booking or participating in a guided food tour operated by the Company (a "Tour"), I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Guest Waiver and Release of Liability (this "Waiver"). This Waiver supplements the Company's Terms and Conditions applicable to my booking.
This Waiver applies to the Singles Night Food Tour held on October 15, 2026, presented by the Company in collaboration with Nick Rosen, doing business as Met by Nick ("Met by Nick") (the "Event"). References to a "Tour" in this Waiver include the Event.
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I understand and confirm that my participation in a Tour is voluntary. I have considered my own health and fitness and consulted a physician if I had any doubt about my ability to participate safely. Please tell us about accessibility needs when booking so we can try to accommodate them.
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that the Event is limited to guests aged 21 and over, and that the Company relies on this confirmation.
2. COMPREHENSION OF RISK
I understand that a Tour involves walking for several hours through public areas and may involve sidewalks, curbs, stairs, street crossings, restaurants, and other locations that the Company does not own or control. I fully comprehend, understand, and accept all the risks associated with my participation in a Tour, including, without limitation, inherent and other risks which may result in bodily injury, illness, property damage, or death, including: slips, trips and falls; uneven, wet, icy, cracked, obstructed, or otherwise hazardous walking surfaces; stairs and curbs; weather conditions; evening and low-light conditions; vehicles, bicycles, e-bikes and scooters; crowds and other members of the public; interactions with other guests who are unknown to me; communicable illness; and food-related risks, including allergic reactions, cross-contamination, foodborne illness and choking. I understand the nature of these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in a Tour despite them.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with my participation in a Tour. I accept personal responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage I sustain in any way connected with my participation in a Tour. If alcohol is involved in a Tour, I accept the full responsibility for complying with New York law regarding my consumption of alcohol, and if consuming alcohol, monitoring and/or limiting my alcoholic beverage intake, and I acknowledge that the Company is not providing, offering, selling or serving to me any alcoholic beverages and is not responsible for verifying that I may legally consume alcohol under New York State law.
4. FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
I understand that foods and beverages offered during a Tour are prepared and served by independently owned restaurants and third parties that the Company does not own or control, and that the Company does not prepare or handle food. I understand that the Event is not able to accommodate celiac or vegan diets. I am responsible for notifying the Company about any allergies or dietary restrictions at checkout when I book the Event. The Company will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives but cannot guarantee that any restriction can be accommodated or that any item is free of any allergen or of cross-contamination. Any ingredient or preparation information the Company or its guides pass along comes from the venues, is not independently verified by the Company, and is not a warranty or representation by the Company. I am responsible for checking each item myself before eating it, asking the venue directly where I need to, declining anything I am not certain is safe for me, and carrying any medication I require (such as an epinephrine auto-injector). I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with consuming any food or beverage on a Tour, including where an allergen was present in an item offered or handed to me.
5. SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND MATCHMAKING
I understand that the Event is a social event for singles and that Met by Nick, an independent business, will make introductions during the Event. I understand that neither the Company nor Met by Nick conducts background checks on, or verifies the identity, age, or statements of, other guests, and that no outcome, match, or connection is promised. I am solely responsible for my own safety, conduct, and decisions when interacting with other guests, including sharing my contact details and choosing to meet anyone during or after the Event.
6. CONDUCT
I agree to treat other guests, guides, venue staff, and Met by Nick with respect. The Company may remove me from the Event, without refund, if my behavior is unsafe, harassing, inappropriate, or disruptive, or if I appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
7. END OF EVENT AND POST-TOUR ACTIVITIES
I understand that the Event ends when the group arrives at the final location. Any time I spend at that location or elsewhere afterwards, including any gathering, booking, or activity organized by Met by Nick or any other third party, is optional, is not part of the Event, and is not organized, hosted, or supervised by the Company. I participate in any such activity independently and at my own risk, and any food or alcohol I purchase is solely between me and the venue. I am responsible for my personal belongings and for arranging my own transportation after the Event.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY; LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW YORK LAW, I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ESTATE, AND ASSIGNS, RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE TASTY TOURS NYC LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, TOUR GUIDES, AND AGENTS, AND, SOLELY WITH RESPECT TO THE EVENT, NICK ROSEN, DOING BUSINESS AS MET BY NICK, AND HIS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY'S FEES) FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY TOUR, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TOUR EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT FOR THE TOUR. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
The foregoing release and limitation of liability do not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, or any claim or liability that may not be released as a matter of law. The Released Parties do not own, operate, or control the independent restaurants, establishments or other third parties encountered during a Tour, and this release does not extend to any claim I may independently have against such third party.
If any portion of the release under this Section is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Waiver, including my assumption of risk and the limitation of liability set forth above, will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. MEDICAL CARE
If an emergency occurs in which I should require medical care or treatment, I authorize the Company to summon or arrange emergency medical treatment for me, at my own expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this authorization does not impose a duty on the Company to provide such assistance or supervision beyond summoning emergency services.
10. AGE REQUIREMENT
The Event is limited to guests aged 21 and over. Minors may not participate.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, AND PROMOTIONAL RELEASE
In connection with participating in the Event, I hereby grant the Company and Met by Nick the right to photograph, film, and record me, and to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute those recordings and to use my name, portrait, picture, image, likeness, and voice for their respective marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, worldwide, in any media, in perpetuity, without compensation. This is my written consent for purposes of Sections 50 and 51 of the New York Civil Rights Law. Neither the Company nor Met by Nick will use my likeness in a manner implying endorsement of any third party, or implying that I am a client of Met by Nick or have been matched with any person. I may request removal from the Company's active digital media by emailing info@tastytoursnyc.com, and from Met by Nick's active digital media by emailing nick@metbynick.com, and each will use reasonable efforts to honor that request prospectively.
I understand that members of the media may attend the Event and may photograph, film, or write about it. Given the nature of the Event, I may tell my guide at the start of the Event if I prefer not to be photographed or filmed, and the Company and Met by Nick will make reasonable efforts to exclude me.
12. GENERAL
This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles thereof. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Waiver or a Tour shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Waiver may be signed electronically, and my electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
By booking and participating in the Event, I represent that I have read this entire Waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms and release of liability.
